Cycloon is the bicycle-courier network used by a growing number of Dutch webshops with a sustainability angle. The EUR 500 parcel ceiling is a hard cap with no published route to raise it, so high-value goods need cover on your own goods-in-transit policy.
No published filing deadline means the contractual one governs. Ask for it in writing and diary it, rather than assuming the AVC 7-day window will be honoured.
