We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and company details when you create an account. We also collect usage data to improve our service, including carrier integration metadata and claim filing activity.
ParcelTrack operates on a Bring Your Own Key model. Your carrier API credentials are encrypted and stored locally on your infrastructure. We never store or have access to your raw API keys on our servers.
We use your information to provide and improve the ParcelTrack service, process carrier SLA claims on your behalf, send service notifications, and communicate product updates. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Claim and tracking data is retained for 24 months to support dispute resolution. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
