1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Dispatchly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Dispatchly provides automated carrier SLA monitoring, breach detection, and claim filing services. We act on your behalf to recover refunds from carriers for service-level agreement violations.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and carrier API keys. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details up to date.
4. Billing and Payments
All plans are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. You keep 100% of all carrier refunds recovered through the platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
Dispatchly is not liable for carrier decisions regarding claim approvals or denials. We provide best-effort automated claim filing but cannot guarantee specific recovery amounts.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
